Dear Visitors,
Welcome to the Pearls & Ivies Serving Montclair, NJ, and Beyond Foundation website. Since our establishment in 2017, we have proudly continued the legacy of service rooted in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® and the Omicron Xi Omega Chapter. Our commitment remains steadfast—serving our local communities while extending our impact beyond borders.
As a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3), Pearls & Ivies Foundation is dedicated to addressing critical community needs and advancing educational opportunities. Through impactful programming, strategic partnerships, and meaningful outreach, we work to uplift individuals, empower families, and strengthen communities.
Our initiatives include dynamic community service programs, educational workshops, health and wellness initiatives, and collaborative outreach efforts designed to foster growth, resilience, and opportunity. Each program reflects our mission to create lasting, positive change.
A cornerstone of our work is our scholarship program, which supports deserving students as they pursue higher education. By providing financial assistance and mentorship, we help remove barriers and cultivate the next generation of leaders.
None of this work would be possible without the generous support of our donors, volunteers, and community partners. Your commitment fuels our mission and allows us to continue making a meaningful difference.
On behalf of our members, our dedicated Board of Directors, and the communities we serve, thank you for your continued support and partnership. Together, we will keep building a brighter future.
Yours in Service,
Jennifer Virgil
